In recent years the land costs are rising in big cities . As such small entrepreneurs cannot afford independent plots for their micro-enterprises. Small industrial gala is a better alternative for them. Sensing this need, NICE has developed a gala project. A beautiful two-storey building having galas of 1000-2000 sq. ft. size is constructed and 60 galas are allotted to 53 entrepreneurs.
In the process of industrialisation, women from Nashik have contributed significantly. They are participating in large numbers in the entrepreneurial ventures. NICE came forward to assist such enterprising women and constructed a three storeyed gala project exclusively for women entrepreneurs. NICE also assisted them to get finance and for other matters in establishment of their units. There are 75 Gala constructed, 64 gala’s allotted & 64 units started.
NICE has allotted a ½ acre plot for the workshop for the National Association for the Blind (NAB) thereby helping a noble cause.
Along with the Deshdoot Media group, NICE has been organising an annual industrial trophy cricket competition since 2005. This friendly competition was started in an effort to better acquaint the various members and industrialists of NICE.
